The restaurant is located in a high-end mixed-use development, surrounded by shopping, dining, and residential condos. That meant tight controls on timing, noise, and access. Working in this kind of environment requires more than craftsmanship — it takes professional coordination.

Before a single square foot of flooring could be installed, the kitchen — filled with industrial-grade equipment — had to be carefully cleared. Large ovens, prep lines, refrigeration units, and more were moved out by Facilitek's team with precision, creating the safe, clean slate we needed to get to work. 

Despite the complexity, nothing was damaged, and everything was meticulously labeled so it could be returned exactly as it was.

With the space cleared, our crew jumped into action. We installed durable, commercial-grade flooring that could hold up to the demands of a high-volume kitchen while still meeting the restaurant’s aesthetic standards.
