Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the commercial coatings industry

• Develop strong relationships with general contractors, facility managers, and commercial property owners

• Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and bids to potential clients

• Conduct site visits and consultations to assess project scope and recommend solutions

• Collaborate closely with project managers and foremen to ensure seamless project hand-off

• Track leads, proposals, and client communications in the company CRM

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Represent the Four D brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings

Qualifications:

• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction, coatings, or related trades

• Familiarity with MMA flooring, epoxy systems, or commercial coatings is a strong plus

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through

• Self-starter with the ability to manage time and priorities independently

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites and client meetings

• CRM experience preferred

Epoxy Flooring Installer Helper

Salary: $17-20+ per hour, depending on experience

Job Overview:

Four D Coatings LLC is looking for motivated, hands-on individuals to join our growing maintenance division as Epoxy Flooring Installer Helpers. If you have some experience with resinous, epoxy, or MMA flooring and want to expand your skills in a supportive, team-driven environment, this is your chance. You’ll assist in commercial flooring projects across various job sites, learning from the best in the business and gaining invaluable field experience along the way.

 

This role is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic, a desire to grow, and the ability to work independently on the road. You’ll be trained in all aspects of MMA flooring systems and safety protocols, with plenty of opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist foremen and installers with prep, mixing, and application of MMA flooring systems

• Help set up and maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites

• Operate and maintain grinders, mixers, vacuums, and other tools

• Wear and maintain all required PPE during work shifts

• Follow instructions carefully and complete tasks on time

• Support crew leaders with project documentation and clean-up

• Travel to commercial job sites as assigned, often overnight

• Learn and grow under experienced installers with opportunity for advancement

Qualifications:

• Some experience with resinous, epoxy, or MMA flooring systems is required

• Familiarity with surface preparation tools and coatings application is a plus

• Physically able to perform labor-intensive tasks in various environments

• Willingness to travel for jobs and work night shifts as needed

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to learn

• Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude

• Valid driver’s license preferred

Four D Coatings is a nationwide leader in commercial kitchen flooring repairs.  We are looking for a Foreman to lead flooring maintenance projects across commercial settings. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who has experience working with methyl methacrylate (MMA) flooring systems—or similar coatings—and is ready to take on greater responsibility. You’ll lead your team, oversee job quality and safety, and ensure each installation is completed to our exacting standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise MMA flooring maintenance crew on commercial job sites

• Ensure all work meets project specs, safety standards, and quality requirements

• Coordinate site prep, product mixing, and application schedules

• Train new crew members in safe and efficient flooring practices

• Operate grinders, mixers, and other floor prep/application equipment

• Ensure all PPE and safety protocols are followed on site

• Communicate with project managers and site contacts to coordinate workflow

• Maintain a clean, organized, and productive job site

• Complete job documentation including time tracking, photos, and project notes

• Support company growth by mentoring newer installers

Qualifications:

• Experience in MMA or resinous flooring systems preferred

• Background in coatings, concrete prep, epoxy, or similar trades acceptable

• Prior crew leadership or supervisory experience is a strong plus

• Able to read job specs, follow safety procedures, and troubleshoot on site

• Comfortable using tools/equipment for surface prep and flooring installation

• Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality work

• Reliable transportation, good communication skills, and a strong work ethic

• Willing to travel to job sites as needed
